Néos Delta – Home
We are a senior group of global experts with leadership experience.
Pause. Reflect. Do.

Hello, it’s nice to meet you – how can we serve you today?

At Néos Delta, we work with individuals who want to step away from the busyness of their lives, to take time for themselves and consider what’s next. The 3rd Act – From Success to Significance retreat is for you if you are looking ahead to life after retirement and are wondering how to create a new story in the 3rd act of your life, one that bursts with purpose and meaning.

Alternatively, maybe you want to reset your journey, get back on track, or even onto a new track? Are you frustrated, feeling you could do so much more? The Leading your best life – five Journeys retreat allows you the time to reflect, consider, discuss, then actively chart your life through the Five Journeys lens. As we grow our life separates into five distinctive, interconnected journeys, regardless of who or where we are.  We all experience these Journeys, some are more dominant than others.

This proven and trusted process allows you to identify the threads, patterns and fractals in  your life,  to allow you so as to get on track for a healthy, fulfilling and meaningful life.

Are you a leader who sees the world as increasingly complex, volatile, and ambiguous. Our Leading with the Long View retreat looks at what leadership may look like, taking into account time, uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity. A mixture of conversations, group and individual work, case studies, readings and guests speakers, this programme gives you or you and your team a chance to reflect, discuss, take stock, reformulate your intent, strategies and impact you want to have on your ecosystem.

Do you want to explore new concepts, tools and frameworks for understanding and leading in complexity? Learn how how the Singapore Prison Service went about systematically to reduce its recidivism rates to one of the lowest in the world.  In so doing, it made significant contributions to the betterment of society.  This has lessons for all Prison Services where recidivism is a serious issue. Our Designing and Building Healthy Systems retreat, uses the Signapore Prison Service case study to explore the importance of reviewing and finding ‘purpose’ and its relevance to the current context.

Are you interested in the work of Elliott Jaques et al in the field of complexity-based leadership and organisational design? We are running a specialised Complexity Based Leadership & Organisational Design retreat for leaders and practitioners who have experience of this work, who want to discuss and explore how to take this ground-breaking work forward.

The purpose of our Radical Collaboration and Accountability on Climate and Nature retreat is designed to allow you to learn about and act on the existential threats of climate change & biodiversity loss.

Our goal is to find very experienced Board Chairs (current or recently retired) from the business, government and non-government sectors and bring them together with outstanding young people.

We know that in this way we can immediately start the process of  radical collaboration linked to radical accountability. By this, we mean the stimulating and fascinating conversations about building a new inter-generational contract –  elder wisdom and experience lining up with youth commitment, energy and imagination taking us to innovative project ideas and previously unimaginable pathways for advocacy. Working together takes on new meaning in this context.

Few actions can derail or even kill a high potential career faster than betrayal. Out specially designed Trust, Betrayal and Trauma at work and in life retreat enables you to explore the path to recovery. We work with you to re-set, rebuild and rediscover purpose to ensure you move beyond the situation a stronger and better person.
